Strategically placed padding lifts the bridle clear of the crucial TMJ: relieving pressure here is associated with increased freedom of movement.
The regular headpiece features a central lozenge to provide optimal stability, but if your horse has an enlarged crest, a forward bridle groove, or is sensitive around the ears, we recommend you choose the stallion headpiece which has straight sides and so is narrower in the centre section.
PLEASE NOTE: Browband not included
IMPORTANT: The Fairfax headpiece has to be used with a Fairfax browband. This is an integral part of the pressure-relieving design. It is not possible to use any other browband with this headpiece
